By using FRAME you agree to these terms. They're short — please actually read them.
FRAME is an AI-powered coaching tool that suggests text message replies and gives feedback on your drafts, plus an optional paid profile audit service delivered personally. Suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. You decide what to send, and you own the outcome of your conversations and relationships. FRAME makes no promises about dates, replies, or romantic results.
We may suspend access for abuse of these rules.
You are responsible for what you submit and you keep all rights to your own messages; you give us permission to process them solely to provide the service. We keep no server-side store of your conversations — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is handled, what is retained, and how to make a deletion request.
The audit is a personal review delivered as a video within 48 hours of a complete submission (all screenshots received). It is honest opinion and coaching, not a guarantee of matches or outcomes. If your submission is incomplete we'll email you to fix it; the clock starts when it's complete. If we somehow fail to deliver your audit, you get a full refund — otherwise, all sales are final once the video is delivered.
Paid features in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your App Store account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Audit payments are processed by Stripe.
FRAME provides entertainment and self-improvement suggestions, not professional, psychological, or legal advice.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of FRAME, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
We may update these terms as FRAME evolves; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
