FRAME — AI Texting Coach (website and iOS app)  ·  Last updated: August 13, 2026

FRAME ("we," "us") helps men write better text messages. FRAME is available as this website and as an iOS app, and we also offer a paid profile audit service. This policy covers all of it, and it describes only what actually happens — nothing more.

What information FRAME handles

FRAME's coaching tools do not require an account and never read your message history — you choose what to paste or upload.

How that information is used

When you request coaching, the text you provide is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards it to our artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. Audit submissions are used solely to prepare your personal audit video. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or build a profile of you.

What we store, and for how long

Our coaching servers process each request in memory and keep no database of your conversations — once your response is returned, our servers hold nothing but short-lived rate-limiting counters. Our AI provider may retain request data temporarily under its own policies (see Anthropic's privacy policy). Audit screenshots are kept only while your audit is prepared and are deleted after delivery; we will never use an audit publicly without asking you first and anonymizing it. In the iOS app, optional features like history and thread notes are stored on your device only and can be erased by deleting them in the app or deleting the app itself. We recommend not submitting information you consider highly sensitive.

Your deletion rights

Because we keep no store of your conversations, there is usually nothing for us to delete — your on-device data is under your control. If you believe we hold any information about you (for example, an audit submission), email us and we will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

Other people's messages

By its nature, FRAME involves pasting messages written by someone else. You are responsible for using it respectfully and lawfully. Do not submit content containing another person's sensitive personal information beyond the ordinary content of a conversation.
